MAKING THAT PERFECT CUP OF TEA

1) Preheat the Teapot/Cup by filling with hot water .
2) Add 1-2 Teaspoons of tea leaves per cup or per taste or strength.
3) If brewing Black Tea or Herbal Tea bring fresh, cold water to a
roaring boil and pour it over the leaves.
If brewing Green Tea or White Tea, use water that is just starting to
boil (tiny bubbles) and pour it over the leaves.
4) Infusion times:  Just remember, longer the brew does
not mean a stronger tea.

Black Tea:        3-5 min.           1-2 tsp.
Green Tea:       2-3 min.           1-2 tsp.
White Tea:       2-3 min.            2 tsp.
Herbal Tea       4-7 min.            2 tsp.
Fruit Tea:         4-7 min.             2 tsp.
Red Tea:         3-5 min.             2 tsp.

Be careful not to over brew.
This can cause bitterness in some teas

           Storing Tea

We recommend consuming your tea in a couple month's time to guarantee its
freshness. Do not freeze tea, keep at room temperature. If storing tea, use a
seal tight container or air tight plastic bag and store in a cool, dry place away
from direct sunlight and strong odors.

Unlike grocery store bought tea bags that are stored sometimes for more then
a year before you buy them. Our teas are fresh and air sealed when they reach
our warehouse giving you a much longer shelf life.

                 Multiple Infusions

High quality Teas, such as ours, can be steeped multiple times. Increase
steeping time 1 minute with each subsequent infusion.
