Prepare green tea
To get the benefits of the green tea, it's fine if you use the bags of tea that you can find at the supermarket, you can mixed it with different flavors too. I have found green tea boxes with lemon, pineapple,jasmine leaves, jamaican roses flavors and more; with any of this flavors, you will relax enjoying a good cup of tea.
In my case, I drink 3 or 4 cups per day, it's enough for my purpose, lose weight, and it works very well, it's like we tell in our article “green tea changed my life!”. It is important to remember that it's recommended don't abuse drinking it.
Now, how can we prepared a good green tea cup?
Easy, we just have to boil the water, 158 °F (70 °C), then add one or two bags of green tea of your choice let it stand in the water for like three or five minutes.
In the market are different types of green tea like Matcha, Sencha, Gyokuro and others; each one with differents ways to prepare it.
